My Xen/KVM Server has crashed I have rebooted it but nothing happens

This knowledgebase assumes you know how to log into your VPS control panel or control your VPS via the support/billing portal.
If not see https://secure.empire-hosting.net/xen.php

My Xen/KVM server is inaccessible: I have hit hit Reboot but nothing happens?
If nothing happens after 5-10 minutes your server is likely in a crashed state (overloaded).
You can verify by opening a VNC it will be quite obvious if it has crashed.
To remedy the situation you will need to power cycle your server (hard reboot).
Click the Power off  Icon in the control panel or in the support/billing portal (the Icon next to the reboot  in the power otions )
and then start the server again.

WARNING only use the Power off  when your server  is in a crashed state
